We bring architecture, industrial manufacturing, hardware, HomeOS, AI, and robotics together as one home system—built to understand what is happening, coordinate action, and help with everyday life.
Our vision: a home that understands what the family needs and quietly helps with everyday life.
A home should understand life—and help with it.
A home should not remain a collection of walls, appliances, sensors, and disconnected apps. It should understand its spaces, the people who live there, and what is changing—then turn that understanding into useful support for comfort, care, safety, maintenance, and everyday routines.
We are building an AI-native residential system that connects the physical home, its hardware, its intelligence, and the services that make everyday life easier.
02 / What we are building
From physical structure to a home that can care, assist, protect, and grow.
We design the home and its intelligence together: architecture, structure, building services, sensing, edge computing, HomeOS, and robotic execution. The result is one system that can perceive what is happening, remember context, coordinate equipment and robots, and complete useful tasks.
HomeOS
The intelligence of the home
Whole-home system concept
One home. One ambient system.
Lila gives the home a shared understanding of rooms, people, objects, and change through its Home Model and Home Memory. With that context, HomeOS can coordinate devices, services, and robots, execute everyday tasks, verify the result, and improve over time.
The building and its intelligence, designed together.
Our factory-built homes bring architecture, structure, building services, sensors, local computing, device interfaces, and installation into one delivery system. Intelligence begins with a home whose physical layout and hardware are known from the start.

03 / Why this takes a different kind of company
Homes have been split across industries. We are building them as one system.
Builders deliver the structure. Device companies see individual products. Software is usually added after the home is complete. These separate systems rarely begin with a complete model of the home or connect the full path from sensing to physical action.
01
The existing model is fragmented
Construction, devices, software, services, and robots are designed by different industries around different data and interfaces. The result is automation without a shared understanding of the home.
02
We build the physical home
Our experience spans architectural design, manufacturing, compliance, logistics, and installation. We know the structure, systems, device locations, and service routes before residents move in.
03
We build the intelligence stack
Sensing, edge computing, HomeOS, device access, services, and robot coordination can be designed around the same spatial model instead of connected after the fact.
04
Real homes close the loop
The homes we deliver provide a practical environment to install, calibrate, maintain, and improve the full system through real tasks and measurable outcomes.
04 / Our foundation
Real homes. A foundation to build on.
Before building the intelligence layer, we built the ability to deliver a home. That work connects architectural design and industrial manufacturing with installation in real residential settings.

05 / People and conviction
Built by a cross-disciplinary team. Backed for the long term.
Core team experience
Xiaomi · XPeng · Huawei
Our core team comes from Xiaomi, XPeng, and Huawei, bringing experience across operating systems, intelligent vehicles, hardware, and AI. We bring that experience together with architectural design, manufacturing, and residential delivery.
Institutional investors
Shanda Group · Midea
LiveLarge has completed four financing rounds. Shanda Group led the two most recent rounds. Midea is also an institutional investor.
06 / Where we are going
Start with our homes. Build for many more.
Our long-term direction is to make AI-native living possible beyond the homes we deliver ourselves. We intend to earn that expansion through working products and measurable progress.
Build and deliver the full system
Integrate home structure, building services, sensing, edge computing, and HomeOS in the homes we deliver.
Turn intelligence into repeatable modules
Package Lila's spatial understanding, Home Memory, coordination, and service layer with reusable hardware.
Bring it to more homes
Use Lila Bar, Home Server, and open interfaces to bring HomeOS to existing homes and third-party projects.
This is our direction of travel, not a statement that every capability is available today.
Help shape what a home can become.
We are bringing builders across AI, robotics, software, hardware, and architecture together around one shared purpose: a better everyday life.
